Sue is the Senior VP and GM of HP’s Home Print Business, accountable for the generation of overall hardware systems and cross-organizational collaboration to drive profitable growth for home printing.
Until her recent appointment, Sue was the Global Head of Print Microfluidics, Technology & Operations, where she was responsible for MEMS and Microfluidics R&D and Inkjet Supplies Operations.
Sue brings a breadth and depth of leadership experience from her 30-year career at HP. She has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and has transformed HP’s home print portfolio with modern design and experiences, unlocked new market segments and created the new, innovative G5 Technology Platform that is driving profitability for Print and creating opportunities for future applications.
Sue joined HP in 1990 as an intern and has held a variety of senior leadership positions in R&D and Marketing across Home Printing Solutions Organization, Supplies Organization and HP’s Inkjet Microfluidics Technology Organization. Sue has served as General Manager for the Consumer Volume Business and Home Consumer Solutions organizations.
Sue is a firm believer in net positive leadership, serving as the executive sponsor of HP’s Print Sustainability and Society of Women Engineers (SWE).
Sue serves as a board member on the Oregon Business Council (OBC) and Technology Association of Oregon (TAO). She was a member of Governor Brown’s and Senator Wyden’s Oregon Semiconductor Competitive Taskforce, supporting the semiconductor R&D, manufacturing and supply chain resiliency provisions that are part of the Bipartisan Innovation Act currently in conference in the U.S.
Sue graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She and her family are based in Corvallis, Oregon.
