After registering for the event, you should receive a confirmation email from HP Future Ready 2023 Event Secretariat. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact the HP Future Ready 2023 Event Secretariat at futureready@pmgasia.com.

Partners and customers will be contacted for arrangements of their flight booking within 1 week after registration completion. Internal staff should make your own arrangements through the corporate flight booking tools.

Attendees are to ensure that you can provide and show the necessary official documents when requested by the Japan authorities during your stay.

Japan has taken measures on the visa exemption arrangements for 69 countries/ regions as shown here. Visit this website for the list of countries with visa exemptions.

If your country is not included in the list, you will be required to submit a visa application. In such a scenario, it is advisable to visit the website of the Japanese Embassy in your location to verify the necessary steps.

Pre-departure information will be sent via email to attendees 1 week before the event.

Arrival transfers will be arranged on July 31 and August 1, and departure transfers on August 3 and 4 for HP Future Ready, Better Together event attendees only.

Airport arrival schedule:

• Pick up will be available for all flights.
• Please look out for our staff holding the event signage.

Airport departure schedule:

• August 3: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM (hourly transfers)
• August 4: 05:00 AM - 08:00 PM (hourly transfers)
• If you are bound for Haneda Airport, depart at least 4 hours before your flight schedule.
• If you are bound for Narita International Airport, depart at least 4.5 hours before your flight schedule.
• Please proceed to the registration desk for directions.

Transfers are on a first come, first served basis. For arrivals and departures on other days, please make your own arrangements.

Should you wish to see a doctor, please inform the Hotel Concierge or Event Information Counter. The necessary arrangements will be made.
