Partners and customers will be contacted for arrangements of their flight booking within 1 week after registration completion. Internal staff should make your own arrangements through the corporate flight booking tools.
Attendees are to ensure that you can provide and show the necessary official documents when requested by the Japan authorities during your stay.

If your country is not included in the list, you will be required to submit a visa application. In such a scenario, it is advisable to visit the website of the Japanese Embassy in your location to verify the necessary steps.
Pre-departure information will be sent via email to attendees 1 week before the event.
Arrival transfers will be arranged on July 31 and August 1, and departure transfers on August 3 and 4 for HP Future Ready, Better Together event attendees only.
