Director, Head of Channels, Greater Asia, HP Inc.
Gary Hang, Head of Channels, Greater Asia, is responsible for leading HP’s Greater Asia channel business, overseeing distribution, commercial, retail and omni sales across the PC, Print and Services portfolio. He has vast experience across all customer segments, as well as channels, contractual and solutions & services businesses.
In his 20 years with HP, he has held multiple strategic roles. Prior to the current role, he was the director for sales for SEA and Korea region for all customer segments in Enterprise, SMB and Retail. He also leads the Managed Print Services, Device-as-a-Service and Core services portfolio at HP. He is constantly engaged with an extensive network of key customers and partners to drive IT and business model transformation.
Other past roles include: APJ Enterprise Sales Director, Value & Services Sales Manager for Workstation, Thin Client, RPOS and Services, Solution Sales Manager for PC Managed Services & Inside Sales Manager for Direct business. Before joining HP, he managed the Enterprise business for Vietnam and Business Critical Systems for Vietnam/AEC region. He has over 20 years of vast experience in IT hardware and solution selling.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Management from the Curtin University of Technology. In his personal time, he enjoys running, golf and cooking for his family. Gary is currently based in Singapore with his family.
